JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
3. Oversee Recruitment for available positions
4. Oversee Performance Evaluation process for Lieutenant Investigators
5. Perform other related Administrative duties and projects as designated by the Chief Investigator.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
6. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, and either three years of full-time satisfactory experience as a Supervising Rackets Investigator or four years of
full-time satisfactory experience as a criminal investigator; or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or experience. However, all candidates must possess a
four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
7. Current or renewable New York State Municipal Police Training Certificate
8. Extensive Police Management and Criminal Investigative experience (New York State Police Management and Investigative experience a plus)
9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
10. A valid New York State driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience
